  1. Download AnyDesk software from here.
  2. Click to run the file you just downloaded when finished. It will appear as “AnyDesk.exe” at the upper right or bottom of your screen.
  3. Confirm that you are on the phone with our technician. Our phone number is (209)910-6834. Make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Thank you.
  4. Once you are on the phone, tell the technician “Your Address” from AnyDesk. Our technician will begin controlling your computer upon your consent.
  5. When finished with session, exit AnyDesk software.
